Hello, I've been having constant problems with my internet for months now, and with the need to maintain a constant connection coming soon this is no longer an ignorable issue. I'll try to detail as much as I can about the problem, and hope for a response soon.
My problem is as follows; ever since we signed up for uverse, the internet (and only the internet), will randomly drop out several times a day. This problem can occur as much as 10 times in an hour or as little as once or twice a day. I am nowhere near the wireless router, but I am certain it is not a signal strength problem, as I have experienced the problem at all distances from the router. I have tried every suggested fix I could Google, but nothing seems to work. These fixes include changing the channel in the router to finding ways to stop interference from devices like phones or wireless headsets. The general consensus from what I can find is that this problem is in fact impossible to fix since tech support has yet to offer a solution that is googleable or searchable on this site. I sincerely hope this is not the case and that from the below screenshots the problem can be identified and fixed ASAP.
Other helpful notes:
1. The internet speeds are fine, it is simply the fact that the internet will randomly drop out which shuts down my ability to stream video, play games, remain on VOIP, maintain a connection to an FTP server, etc.
2. We have the packaged TV and Internet, the TV has had no observable problems only the internet.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated, please ask if you need more information.
Thanks
-Ari

Based on the information in your first message, I assume that the issue is with wireless connections to the RG. Is that correct? Are you having any issues with wired connections?
It could be wireless interference that you are experiencing. See the message found in the link below:

My RSSI dBm is at a stable 50-51. Yet watching ping on VOIP programs I can still see it spiking up to 200, 2000, or 10000 ping (Normal ping is 16 or 32 and it's not the voip server acting up because the whole internet slows down when it spikes.) dispite interference being well within the norm. Also, signal strength is at 5/5 bars. Unfortunately I cannot test a wired connection due to only having a desktop. This is a persistant issue across the house, not just upstairs where I am.
