We can take a look at the screenshots to see if there appears to be a problem with your system.

Ok, will do.....I should say also that the wireless signal is very weak also. I can stand 5' away from the gateway (it is on top of a cabinet) and get less than 2-3 bars (out of 5) of signal strength (this was checking with multiple wireless devices as well).

Your Error Table indicates that there may be some issues with your system. Call Technical Support and they will run some tests on your system to diagnose the problem.
