Viewing Bay Area Sports

I'm in Houston, and I'm interested in watching (San Francisco) Bay Area sports. Is there some way to watch Bay Area sports matches on UVerse, either through their normal package or through the sports package? I don't see FSN Bay Area included in any of the normal packages or the sports packages, so will UVerse be adding the channel in the future?

Even if they added it, you wouldn't be able to see any games on it. Out-of-market games are only available through the league packages, which U-Verse doesn't offer.
