I found it last night, but figured it is maybe another ad-revenue-bringer-in-er to keep our rates from rising?

The new app is nothing that I have an interest in, but I'm sure it will be of interest to some customers.
I hesitate to classify any new programming or features as "rubbish", because others might place some of the programming and features that I would like to see added in the same category.

I cringe at the idea of facebook on the TV but as a customer I'm all for AT&T attracting new customers and retaining existing customers. That's the only way they'll be able to invest in and improve the service.
Now Pandora and Rhapsody would make many people happy.

Actually, the channel App is called Ad Partners.
So, don't think it's the Barbie Channel; they're planning on adding more Interactive Advertising content.
I would think they are paying ATT for this, so it's not anything out of our pockets.

I'm in favor of any revenue generators that help to offset costs and keep our rates from increasing.

I'm thinking it will be used for a tie-in to new releases OD?
Just got my Redbox newsletter today, and recognized the DVD cover for *Barbie, A Fashion Fairytale* (out 10/12) as very similar to what is on Ch. 85 now.
Yeah, I'm all for generating revenue as well, so long as it doesn't come from me.
