Why is evryone so bias?

Im telling you my story. Im not a uverse customer but even when someone is a customer comes on here and complains everyone gangs up on them. Everyone calls the person complaining stupid,its your tv, you dont have it connected right. Why? Maybe uverse is not perfect for everyone. In 2008 I was supposed to get it installed and the tech came out and said it could not be done even though I placed an order. I thought it was over with then a month later my phone was shut off had to call Comcast to call AT&T to get a block off of it because I was going to use my own number instead of a new number I was not even an AT&T customer and they shut off my phone.

Start at your original post and just look at how you responded basing supposedly on ATT and UPS
store visits, yet never responding to randy's, at least 3, posts telling you the store demos are not on the
same system as Uverse and are an unfair comparison. Yet you persisted and I posted a troll msg
in one of the other threads that fits you to a tee. ![]()

I've had Uverse for 16 1/2 months, no tech visits except the install and have very good HD on my
42" Panasonic plasma. You think that you see 5 posts about those problems out of more than 1.6
million users, that 8 tech visits are standard, they aren't. ![]()

You have berated U-verse in multiple threads, yet you scheduled an install to "try something different" despite the negative anecdotes and "picture comparison" you cite. The series of posts you have made is frought with illogic and inconsistency, especially in view of the fact that you have never had the U-verse service in your home. While U-verse may not be for everyone (especially you), you seem to be trying to convince the members of this community that it is not for them, either. Why do we defend U-verse? Because it works very well for most of us! I don't believe that anybody here is trying to convince you to get U-verse; but I don't think you should criticize it so vehemently without having tried it.

You are the one who is biased, kjk77. Multiple people have responded to your posts in an attempt to discuss with you any concerns you may have with U-Verse, and you have refused to discuss anything with them. All you want to do is forward your agenda of making wild, unsubstantiated, derogatory claims that you have no basis to make.
Further, when you are asked to participate in an intelligent discussion and have run out of derogatory things to say, you have now resorted to name-calling.
I refuse to participate any further with you. Make all the ridiculous claims you want, I am done.

It seems the only reason you have for posting on this forum is try and convince others that they should not use UVerse? You don't have any credability as you have never used the system and rely totally on ancedotal posts from others who have issues. Many of those people also just come on the board say how bad the service is without looking to see if they have a problem but at least they tried the service.
I have had the service for 12mos, HD PQ is not as crisp as cable but for me the service is above what I can get from cable and I am happy with it. Would I like AT&T to increase the number of streams and increase bandwidth for better PQ, sure but the service works for me as is. So why don't you find another way to spend your free time.
