Why do the royals on channel 750 get blacked out when i live in indiana

Because Indiana is not in the Royals broadcast territory. Per MLB rules, games on the RSN's are blacked out in areas outside of a team's market. You can see the MLB blackout map below. Also, you can enter your zip code in the 2nd link to see your local RSN's and the professional games that you will see in your area.

I'm guessing that 750/1750 is an overflow feed for FS Midwest? In this case, it should only be available in that local area, right? In Ohio, I can see 1748 on my HD Premium Tier, but not anything else...in other words, exactly the way it should be in my area.
www.mlb.tv will get the OP his Royals games, except for when they play his "local" team as defined by MLB. In this case, he'll have to watch on his local regional channel.
The other exceptions are when his team plays on Saturday afternoon (FOX, Fox Deportes), or Sunday night (ESPN.)
