how do you actually contact tech support

Concerned? Yes I am too. But in 2007 the internet and this posting area has the Announcements and other area to keep posters up to date and communication place too. This sure beats waiting on a phone.

The problem with that is that if i didn't know about this site I would have had a problem finding it. UBar seems like a specialized browser that they could use to push out messages such as the need to reboot or that they know that there is a problem. They should also be able to do a remote reboot of everbody's boxes. If I didn't know about this site I would not have known to reboot or when to reboot. Rebooting before the problem was solved would not have fixed the problem.
For a telecommunications company they seem to have lots of problems communicating. It seems that they keep looking at it from their side and not the customers side.

The problem with that it that not everyone has U-Bar yet. We in Houston, for example, don't. Although they do definitely need to work on communication with their customers.
