how to stop wireless disconnection

Hey guys,

So far Uverse has been good. One thing that I'm having problem with is the internet connection is disconnected every once in a while. It happens more at night. Sometimes the internet will work again right away. Sometime it won't work for about 5 minutes. It didn't happen during the first month. I notice the increase in frequency of the problem. It will come up with this message that say I will have to close the browser then open it up again for it to work. Its getting a little annoying.
