My TV buzzes with AT&T Uverse. Is there a way to turn down ATT without turning the volume down on my TV??

If the TV is connected coax you may have a problem where u-verse is overloading the TV tuner. The resolution would be to change to a composite (yellow/red/white jacks) connection.
If already connected with composite you could have a poor connection or a ground problem.
I believe the U-verse sound output level is generally too low - not too high. Of course, yours could be too high.
Can you swap with another STB? If not, best course of action may be a Tech visit.

You can control the main U-Verse volume. All of my remotes are set up to control either the TV or an AV receiver. I have an Android Vizio Tablet (VTAB 1008) with a built in universal remote and I have changed the STB volume, on its own (independently). I have found that the U-Verse volume was set to high and even a low TV volume was still fairly high to my ears. All is good now, I went from an STB volume of 25 down to 20 or 21.
OP - Does your TV buzz with any other source (DVD player, for instance)? Maybe the speakers in your TV are going or have already gone. I hear a buzzing in one TV but it is the right speaker as it buzzes even when the TV is on and the STB is off.
