tnt will not play episodes

I am trying to watch episodes of TNT shows online while my television and DVR are unplugged during renovations.  I started at Hulu (old habit), which directed me to TNT.  At TNT, I logged into my Uverse account and the episodes indicated that they were unlocked.  I chose the episode I wanted, but there was no video at all, unless you count the little "working" circle going around and around ....  Then I tried going to the Uverse site, checking my recorded shows and selecting the show and episode I wanted.  The page was set up as if it were about to play, but nothing.  Not even the little circle.  I have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome.  Does anyone know how to make this AT&T/TNT collaboration work?  Thank you.  (P.S. I did a spell check before sending this; "DVR" and "Uverse", among others, were not recognized. )

I can watch some episodes of TNT programs on http://uverseonline.att.net.  Which episode are you trying to watch?

I was able to log in to the TNT site using my AT&T credentials (email and password).  Up by the top where the search is click log in.  After that the episodes played perfectly.

I started with trying to watch the "Cipher" episode of Perception.  I tried IE, Chrome and Firefox.  When no browser worked, I tried watching a different TNT show.  No luck.  TNT FAQ says, if you have trouble viewing, call your TV provided.  So I spent time with an AT&T rep.  After sharing a laugh, he suggested uninstalling and reinstalling Flash Player.  I tried that, but no luck.  Today, I tried to access the same episode (and others, as described below) from two sites:  the TNT site and the uverseonline site.  In both cases, the viewing screen and the progress bar appear, but no video of any kind appears.  Today, I got a brief flash message from TNT saying, you don't have permission to view this material.  I called uverse again.  The rep went through everything she had before giving up.  In the process of that call, I re-tried the three browsers mentioned above, trying both the TNT and uverseonline sites on each.  At the uverseonline site, I also tried viewing shows from networks other than TNT.  BBCAmerica - yes; HGTV - no; A&E - no; ABC - yes; AMC - stuttering.  ConnecTech promises that they can fix the problem, remotely  for $15/month and a 12 month commitment ($180).  No deal.  So, I returned here.  Note: I am viewing other sites' video materials with no problem, my internet speed hovers just above 11.  I am not receiving any other error messages from either the sites or security software installed on my computer.

Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see any episodes of that program on uverseonline.

I am able to play that episode on the TNT website using Google Chrome.

Success!  I kept trying with Chrome.  I used adobe's instructions at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/987370; when I checked today, there was a great video, so I followed it step by step.  Rebooted.  Still, nothing.  However, I did get a new message from Chrome: the shockwave plugin had failed.  So, I downloaded shockwave, rebooted, and now TNT plays episodes.  Thanks for your time texasguy.  I would say that I hope this helps someone else, but I really hope no one else has to go through this.
