sganderson6026 - It is possiblethat it was set up that way in error. Call in to have it changed. Call U-verse for VOIP or telco side for POTS.
Could be your feature to block your caller ID is on. I would say that should last for only one call. But maybe not. With POTS you need to dial a code to cancel. With U-voice you can use a code or website.
