We have been a loyal customer of AT&T for more than 20 years. We attempted to convert our email service to AT&T only to find out that the "technical support crew" were more pressed to sell additional support than to attempt to assist in setting up an email account for free. When they failed to setup my account, I was pressed to purchase support from AT&T to setup with "professional support staff" and pay either $50 for a one time setup or pay $180 for yearly support. Needless to say, I went with their competitor and they were more than willing to setup my account for no fee. My question is? Is it worth $180 to lose another customer?
