So I complained in here, got them to take off the un-wanted charges for services I didn't use...heck I barely had the service for a week and a half. I was happy, got a resolution, this was back in May and guess what....GOT CHARGED AGAIN?!?! Is this going to be an ongoing thing? Why can't a CANCELLATION be just that, a CANCELLATION with them?!! I was actually impressed by someone taking the time to help with this awful situation and then I saw the charge again. I think it's ridiculous, am I going to have to close my bank account and change services for this to STOP?!!
