Today May 29, 2012 I called AT&T customer service...here is my experience. first two attempts I was disconnected after contacting an agent. The 3rd time I talked to Russ in customer service. I metion the ongoing problem with negotiations and not being able to view many angel baseball games. Told him I saw a Facebook post that stated that 15 other angel games would not be broadcast. I also stated that a DISH customer I know had called DISH and was credited $60 on his next bill to compensate for the games that would not be viewed and being periodically put on hold and no progress being made and with 1 hour and 2 minutes passing bye I hung up and gave up on AT&T. To my surprise Russ called back and said he had a supervisor that could help me. I asked her to identify herseld with a name and an employee ID. She said her name was Robi. She repeated what the first agent said and told me she could not credit my account for $60 that I was asking for. I told her that each monyh my AT&T bill was over $150 and $60 was a reasonable one time adjustment. she also put me on hold tell me was talking to another supervisor to try to help me. after 20 minutes with Robi (a supervisor) I was not feeling good. she came back and in my opinion lied to me.She told me that 25 games were in fact not going to be broadcast but said the reason was not because of ongoing negotiations but due to the fact that the games were not sold out. YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND REAL QUICK THAT AT&T IS JERKING YOUR CHAIN. fINALLY THEY DID PUT A CREDIT OF $30 ON MY ACCOUNT but said it would talk 1 to 2 billing cycles to be seen. I think it is time to move on... this is not customer service and what you as a loyal customer would expect
