I am a little upset by the Spanish advertisements being sent to my home. I am not Spanish and I am a customer of ATT. I would think they would know that and not send them.
Totally frustrated by the lack of Customer Awareness!!!

I registered for this platform to ask the same type of question. How do we opt-out of ALL AT&T advertising?!
I'm tired of getting mail asking me to get more AT&T services - AND mail asking me to sign up for AT&T as if I were not already a customer. If they'd stop sending me all this junk mail, perhaps they could lower the cost of my monthly services.
I cannot my privacy rights or any way to opt out of their advertising pieces or prohibit them from sharing my information with anyone else.
It has been a nightmare dealing with AT&T from the beginning. I find myself calling monthly to get my bill straightened out. As soon as we are able to jump ship and get another carrier - trust me - we will.
And if anyone can provide a link to enter our preferences NOT to receive advertising from AT&T, their partners or anyone related to AT&T - I'd greatly appreciate it if you would share it.
