I have tried numerous times today to log on to my AT&T account. It seems as though you guys have switched the login info and I can't get online to view my bills.
I have been an AT&T wireless customer for years and have never had an issue logging in. I also work in IT, so I know it's not an issue on my end.
Please advise as to how I can access all of my accounts (wireless, U-verse, home phone and Internet). I'm on a mac running Safari.

I apologize your having issues logging into att.com. Please verify that you are using your AT&T email address including the domain at the end (i.e. @att.net, @sbcglobal.net). If you are trying to log into your wireless account you need to use your 10 digit phone number as the user name. Both of these methods require a password you came up with. If you do not remember your password you can click on "Forgot your password" this will allow you to either reset your password or make a new one. Please let me know if you have any more issues.

I've been having login problems for several months now. Keeps giving the message below even after resetting my password many times. I talked to a so-called adviser but all his suggestions did not work and suggested I try another time. It never worked. I've resorted to paying my bills by phone or by snail mail. After so many years with AT&T without any problems paying online, I find the website inaccessible and useless. How can AT&T be so incompetent with its website? I wonder if Verizon that just opened a store near me is better organized.
