Slingbox IR Heads and IP4320

Does anyone know exactly where I need to place the IR blaster heads for the Slingbox on the 4320 box? I am stumped- I have even used a flashlight to locate the little bulb behind the plastic panel on the front but don't see it. I downloaded the Cisco manual and the figure seems to indicate they go right in the middle but there's not a receiver bulb anywhere to be seen. I've moved them around a couple of times but no luck.

The other problem might be that I don't have the right virtual remote- other forums said that it was the same as a couple other models and I've tried those but to no avail. I think my problem is the positioning of the IR blasters but maybe not.

What virtual remote are you using? From what I have read about the product the type of remote is important.
