I've gotten onto the AT&T website from home, work (blazing bandwidth), etc., on IE, Firefox, Chrome, and the website as a whole is extremely slow.
I've been on some robust websites and understand complexities (I've been developing applications for over 30 years), but this is sssssslllllllllllllllllooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww by all standards.
Any recognition of this and plans to address?

Yes, unbelievably slow. It takes a full 5 minutes just to login. Same thing when you navigate the website. What does this say about a company that supposedly does this for a living? Messy interface. Designed by a committee. Hard to find anything.
