Hello. I use the "myAT&T" ios app and previously it would allow me to choose to look at either my U-verse account or my wireless account when I logged in. I had an extra passcode for my wireless account so it would also ask for that, or it would give the option of skipping it. I accidentally hit the button to skip it once, and now the app will only show my U-verse account. (The two accounts are linked, so I only have one login id/password.) I have removed the passcode requirement from my wireless account but it still doesn't show up in the app. I deleted the app and re-added it but I still get the same result. In fact, it still prepopulates my id even after deleting and re-adding the app. How can I get this app back to where it will show me both wireless and U-verse account info?? Thanks!!
I had same problem.....called them and they are working on it....supposedly. I think they upgraded the app recently, according to them.
