Hello where do i go about making a complaint about a customer support rep from the Live Chat service?
the person I'd like to complain about is Justin.

I'm sorry your chat experience was not a good one. To make a complaint you will need to call ConnecTech and ask for a Supervisor.

They all say the same thing! and when you call Conec Tech to speak with a darn supervisor they won't let you talk to one but to call you back in 24 to 48 hrs which turns into years.
MODERATORS-- Do your job! find other ways to help a customer not by re-routing them to do do more extra work, offer ways to send you an e-mail to explain the full situation as for you to call them back, instead of having customers waiste their time by asking them to do the impossible.
-Working on such terrible company u should know that the customer is never first, that's your company moto.

still no response called phone wasnt home wasnt working for 4 days, no complain answered to relief on bill att service suks, didnt even send e-mail lol

I apologize that your experience was not positive. The standard procedure to complain is to call ConnecTech and ask for a Supervisor. If you prefer I can send the information for you. To do so, please send me a personal message with your account number, first and last name, email address and phone number. Please send as much detail as possible about what happened. Again, I'm sorry your experience was not pleasant.

I have been hung up on 3 times in the last half hour after asking for a supervisor.
asking for a supervisor seems to confuse them? they keep asking me how they can help when I clearly stated they could help me by connecting me to a supervisor.
someone actually spent the entire call giggling with their coworkers before hanging up on me. thanks guy.
I tried emailing and you won't let me.
I'm contacting BBB after I cancel my service.

Who can help me get out of this contact? Another words, how do you "delete" your info? I set up the info to talk to a rep of ATT and can't find one. Tried to find a page to withdraw my info and none exist. This if frustrating. I only wanted to contact ATT because I just received an email about CPNI and the wrong account number is on the email. I guess I will just have to find someone by "phone" because the web world is not working for me.
