ATT DSL still billing me after Uverse switch

Bear with me as I describe my issue:
> I ordered DSL Direct (No contract) in May and was activated/installed on 05/14/2012.
> I switched to Uverse Internet (1yr Contract) in June and was activated/installed on 06/21/2012.
>> Since DSL and Uverse cannot be on the same line, my DSL service was CANCELED that same day (06/21/2012).
> At this point, I had DSL for one month and one week, but had NOT received my first DSL bill.
> I went online to check my bill for DSL and saw that $20.10 was going to be charged with autopay on 07/05/2012.
> I paid the full amount on 06/27/2012 (ACH), and had a $0.00 balance due.
On 07/05/2012 I was billed $20.10 (Credit Card). I do not know what this payment was for since that account had a $0.00 balance due.
I spoke with an online chat representative regarding my bill on 07/06/2012 and he said that the DSL account was pending to be closed and the second $20.10 (07/05/2012) payment was going to be canceled/rejected. Unfortunately, that payment was finally processed that day.
What I need to know is if that second payment will be refunded to me or will I have to dispute it with my bank?
