I have been having problems since I started back in October 2011. Took 6months to get credits and then every month since my service has been suspended even though I call every month to find out my balance and pay what they say. I have finally had it and filed a complaint with the FCC and better business bureau The worst thing about this is I am an online student and AT&T always turns it off on the weekend so I can not contact them until the following Monday a day after my homework is due.
