Complaint about the 14.95 promo

I had ordered the 14.95 promo June 2011 for high speed internet. However, for over half a year, i have been charged for 35 each month. i had called the att customer support the first two months, and they told me that "the system takes time to be updated to the new promo". the second time I called them, the lady yelled at me for calling them every month, which i did not do that. they told me they can not do anything, and told me to wait it out . so i was being positive about the issue. Then half year later, I called today. You know what they told me, they told me that I was not qualified for the promo. So basically i was billed for 35 dollars for past 6 months, and they over the phone had gave me the 14.95 promo. What is wrong with the company??
Also when i first setted up the internet service, they told me they would give me a 50 dollar discount, but after i installed the service, and tried to claim the reward. they told me that no such promotion existed.
Please give me some suggestion on what should i do??? do you have any complaint phone number?

When i read this post i had to check and make sure i was the one who posted this because THIS SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME! EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i thought i had it all cleared up until i moved and had my service transferred to my new address, then they started billing me $35. when i called ot check on this, the first lady i spoke to said i was paying a promotional price for speed of 3.0. I tried to tell her i didnt have that speed. She argued with me. long story short, i got that straightened out UNTIL......they told me ATT did not offer the $14.95 internet anymore! WHAT THE? i wasnt so upset about that, but i wonder why they couldnt have warned me? Thank God i got credit on my account, that was the good part. Once i use those credits, im gone. We work too hard for our money to be pushed around and lied to. SHHHHHEESH!!
