I am highly frustrated!!! We moved to a different address back in May. On May the 8th we had our dsl transferred to the new address, at that time they ran a temporary line on top of the ground and the problems began. To make a long story short we did not have internet most of the month of May, the speed was slow and our price went up from $43 a month for 6meg to $48 a month. We had a technician come out and he fixed the slowness and tested our line and said we are only running at 3meg speed that we can't get 6meg. So I called billing and they said they would give us the promotional rate of $19.95 and that I only owed $5.44 for that month. I was happy because I was without service so I shouldn't have to pay for it, needles to say I do not get a bill the next month so I call and order one, I have been charged $43 dollars??? I can only call on my lunch and it takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get anywhere on a call with a representative, after having to re-explain the whole story everytime I call! Now I have a bill for 3 months June, July, and August that is $130 The representative Hannah in the Philippines says she can do nothing about what Larry in America promised me and that I would have to pay the rate of $43 for 3meg service! I need a response better than what I got today.

You can call the Retention Department. The quickest way in is to call the 2020 number, confirm your phone number when it asks (if calling from your home), and then just keep saying "none of those" to the rest of the prompts and it will connect you to a real human (and American citizen) within a minute or two. Tell them to transfer you to the Retention Department.
