I have an Internet issue that needs attention really bad! I am subscribed to HS DSL Internet PRO 3.0 since 2008 and It does not reach in my area. I am paying a service that you can not and never provide due to the area where I live. Several techs came to my house to repair my Internet service but they all say the same thing, that the only service I will get here is the HS Basic no higher than that. I spoke wuth several reps on the phone making me tired and upset that this issue does not get resolved.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY COMPLETE SERVICE (Internet and phone) but first get a complete refund for all the years of Internet service that ATT never provided. An ATT manager was suppose to call me to investigate this but never did.
Sorry to say but you turn out to be the WORST Communications company ever! If you care not to be suit please issue my credit ASAP or contact me today! A fix up for this trouble will be if you can offer me U-Verse Internet at the lowest price besides other credits.

My DSL is so slow you cannot even activate a new DSL modem.
I called ATT but just got 2 hours of Tier 1 troubleshooting script. They try very hard to make it my fault that the DSL is super slow.
I tried the on-line chat but just got 1 hour of Tier 1 troubleshooting script. They try very hard to make it my fault that the DSL is super slow.
I tried logging in and opening a repair ticket. But no combination of login ID and password ever works for accessing the repair ticketing system.
This is an extremely bad customer experience.
I hope comcast is better.
