Getting tired of spending 20 minutes trying to get online. Enough so that when I finally do connect I want to come here and post on the AT&T wall of shame. When I'm offline and then try to connect I get sent to a diagnostic AT&T page where I'm told that I have PPoE or DNS lookup or other errors, problem especially bad when it rains. This same diagnostic webpage is one that instructed me to go to AT&T store and buy new $80 modem that I found I didn't need. This is on top of 25% DSL price increase. Please excuse me if I seem rude but for $80 AND 25% more every month I WOULD ACTUALLY LIKE TO HAVE FUNCTIONAL DSL SERVICE THAT I AM PAYING FOR ! How about it AT&T ? Unlimited is not unlimited, always on is not always on, price quoted is not price charged, etc, etc, etc.
If you are reading this then you are yet another in the long line of dissatisfied AT&T customers. AT&T does not care. AT&T is not your friend. AT&T only wants your money, and will engage in dishonorable and unethical behavior to get it. If you want change you must contact your elected representitives and demand regulation for your protection.
