I hate you AT&T! In fact, I lothe the fact that you exist! .... lying, cheating, miserable excuse of a company! Mistakes I will tolerate and accept as a necessary evil due to the size of your company (as long as you fix it when alerted to it, and try to avoid the problem in the future). But to just flat out LIE to me and CHEAT me out of money is NOT EXCUSABLE IN ANY WAY SHAPE FASHION OR FORM!
I chose to upgrade my DSL rate BECAUSE I was PROMISED that you would match a deal I was offered from Mediacom. I was told that it would take up to 2 billing cycles for it to be processed, but upon receipt of the 3rd bill, I noticed it had not changed. I called as was told that not only was I NOT going to get what I was promised, but it was NEVER put in that I was to receive a special rate to match a competitor!
Lying cheats! No problem. As soon as I feasibly can, I will remove ALL my services from you clutches instead of milking another dime out of me!
I would rip the phone off the wall and the lines from my house, but I OWN those! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER do business with any branch, spin-off, or even future company that may buy you out. This is not the first time I have been hosed by AT&T, but since I was a customer of BellSouth when you bought them out, I remained only because you have not hosed me until now.
Goodbye you thieving [word filter avoidance] I hate your company!
