Here I am again at the same place as last month with the same problem growing larger.I wont go into details but i have now been over charged for ATT internet service for the last 3 months with 3 different att reps. promising a credit and correction on my next bill. needless to say this has not happened. one of the att reps. contacted me after my last post here. she profusely apologized for my problems and promised me she would not stop until she got to the bottom of this.I took this to mean she would correct the billing problem I was having. I WAS WRONG!!! She also said she would stay in touch to make sure my problem was corrected. HA!!! I should change companies but I already paid big money for a modem and connection fees. Even so I might be better off in the long run and cut my losses before they get any bigger.
Hopelessly yours, Barry

I am in the same boat as you. (read my post from 'alisayoung'. I have not found success yet, either. The best I can do is document the case number. Demand (dictate) specific notes be written onto my account. And call every 3 days -- which is the timeline THEY GIVE (ha) for remediation.
I will call every 3 days until the end of time until I get my refund. Today is day 1. I challenge you to do the same Perhaps we can wear them down.
