New Equipment Charge on Bill

I have been using the 1 year promotion for ATT internet that is 24.95 a month for a year. We have had problems with our internet getting knocked off multiple times a day and have had our wireless router replaced 2-3 times. The last time it was changed for an entirely different model. We had originally paid 100 dollars for the router at the beginning of our service but apparently we are getting charged another 100 dollars because the warranty is over. So we got charged 100 dollars twice even though our router hasn't been working properly since we first started our service. Also we returned all of our other routers so I don't understand why we are getting charged again.
In summary, router didn't work for about 6 months of our service, once they gave us a router that worked we got charged another 100 dollars. Thank you ATT, I will never get internet from you again.
