I cancelled my DSL service in April. I am still getting billed for it and now got a past due notice. I have tried calling the customer service number several times and no one seems to know how to generate a final bill for my account. I understand 2-3 weeks is the time for this to happen and it has been 10 weeks since I have discunnected. Please let me know where I can contact to get this resolved.
