First off i got my mom at her residence a land line and dial up servicr she got on her feet and we canceled it in my name and paid it up to date. She puts it in her name and att still sends me the bill and didnt disconnect the first connection that was in my name. So they shut her off on both connections eventually. Now i been a customer since december 2006 and i last spring upgraded to my third phone getting the samsung galaxy and they could not allow me to use my olf number so i was forced to keep my old phone and and my new phone on to keep my current cell number well they charged me $900 in no time when i was using wifi to download my apps. My bill became three hundred a mos i refused to pay such a high amount they told me i had unlimited data and messaging and my price was not to be twice as high as it was. And the other problem i had theyrefused to fix was my dsl and landline. Whenever it rained my phone be out for days and my web would cut in and out. All day long on. So they never came to fix it. So one day i wanted uverse a guy comes out and spends an hr or so here then says we r too far out to get it. We are in the city and att is right down the street. Puhlease! So a month later we asked if it was possible well i had to cancel my plans and they came out at the worst convenient time and once again said we were too far out i told the guy yep i couldve told u that so why did u come!? So we asked numerous amounts of times for them to come fix the problem for breaking our line and making it worse and they refused to do so and wante to charge me for it. One day it rained and i got cut off next morning i go to att store they call att for me to tell me they suspended for none payment and we just paid them so we paid them another 200+ and they shut us off fourdays later so i switched to bright house and they fixed the phone lines they damaged and we got cable finally after 2 yrs of no cable and internet whilr it raind and phone! And i will never pay another dime to att again for the damages they caused to my phone line.
