They promised me my contract 19 for one year, but in 3 occasions, they chargered me $47.97, I filed a complant and they only gave me credit. I talk to customer sevice but they didn't help me, they only told me they would give credit for next month, but thats not good, I waited for the contract to finish so I could cancel, but they told me that it wouldn't happen again. The first month was well, nothing wrong, but the second month it happened again they chargered me with the $47.97, I called them again today it was 10 minutes until they closed because I have found out then and to tell them about the problem but they hung up, so I called again and the machine told me it was closed until Monday. I am very upset and I will take this problem until the end, AT&T you are not going to laugh at us.
