Right now, I have At&T DSL Basic service. Starting several months ago, the internet connection got really slow (much slower than it should be) and the internet kept disconnecting. After many calls to Customer Support, they concluded that something is not correct with my internet connection but they will not fix it.
Currently there are many promotional offers; for example, Max Speed is only twenty dollars per month (same as what I am paying now for a download speed of 40 kilobytes per second). However, I am already a AT&T member and cannot qualify for this promotion. So my question is: Can I cancel my internet service and sign up again to recieve the promotional price? Also, is there a minimum number of days that is required between canceling and signing up?
