Reconnect internet fee

I am writing this letter because my internet service was disconnected because I was past due on the account. However, the service has been restored but I was informed that there will be a reconnect fee of $30 to next months bill.
I have been a valued customer for quite some time and would like to continue the service with the company. Please let me know what arrangements you can provide to reduce or waive this fee. As of right now, the economy and my finances will not allow me to pay an additional $30 to my bill. You have been so gracious in the past in working with me to insure that I am a satisfied customer. I really sincerely hope that you take my concern to heart and don't stop now in your generosity.
