I'm calling tomorrow to cancel service. Since February I have has nothing but problems with their internet customer service. First they claimed they sent a modem (twice) but never did. Then billed me for it! Finally Talked to a supervisor and she apologized and told me to go buy one and they would credit my bill. She was suppose to call me back the next day ( I have her badge number) but I haven't heard from her. Log story short and MANY calls to AT&T they claim I now owe money and have cut off my service. When you speak with a customer service representative who ASSURES you the matter has been resolved and your service will not be interrupted, then it is, it makes me rethink who my Internet service provider should be. I'm tired of the lies and if customer service doesn't ews
