I have had AT&T for about 2 weeks and will be cancelling due to a billing error. AT&T cannot reissue a corrected bill (they registered my account under the wrong name) so that I may be reimbursed but they do expect to get paid anyway. I don't understand how in this competative market that an organization can just say "we made the mistake but you will still have to pay the bill. No, we cannot issue you a corrected copy so that you can be reimbursed and no we will not reduce the bill by the amount of money you lost becouse of our error" I still can't believe that after 3 phone calls (not one of them under a half hour long and the last one was an hour and a half) this organization finds their customer service to be satisfactory. I will now spend just as much time posting complaints on every website I can find as I did on hold trying to this problem resolved.
