high speed internet billing nightmare L@@K

for everyone's viewing pleasure i submit to you this billing fiasco. Signed up for the $14.95/ month internet. the following has transpired;
6/29/11 $106.91 (i'm assuming is the modem)
7/28/11 $19.95
8/29/11 $52.96
9/19/11 $1.14 (yes, i was actually mailed a bill for this amount)
10/28/11 $21.19
11/29/11 $21.19 (i didn't get a bill this month so i sent the previous amount)
1/23/12 $18.19
2/29/12 $14.47
3/28/12 $15.71
5/4/12 $15.71
5/14/12 $85.89
and today in the mail a bill for.... Wait for it.....wait for it....
$116.33
now on my part i can say that their billing amounts and dates are so erratic that probably half of the above payments are low because of speculation on my part. either i didnt get a bill or it was some grossly over/under exaggerated amount that i just paid what i thought was fair for the service. i have called many times, emailed, etc. all to no result. i have no intention of paying this last bill. they can munch on my left hind quarter. when the billing is so wrong and convoluted and you cant get anyone to answer or correct the problem i walk with my money.
