I am so frustrated and angry that when I called customer service and waited on hold for over 20 minutes, the customer service representative was so hard to understand. I seriously had to repeat most things at least 2 times. Honestly, I think it was a call center in India. This person's accent was so thick that it was difficult to comprehend. I am so upset that I might switch services. I called earlier this week to our tv provider. Such a wonderful experience that was. She was in NY. I could understand her and didn't have to repeat anything. Did anyone else run into this problem? I'm to the point where I only want to support companies that keep things in the USA. Call centers in India, etc are not okay. Ever!

Just had to call an att call center for help.. So refrshing to see they are bringing the jobs back home!!! The whole process to a better than satisfactory outcome of two issues took less than 10 minutes!! 10 minutes is what it usually takes just to explain one problem to the asian person at the call centers in Mumbai or Manila before we move to the actual resolution phase which takes an additional twenty minutes to patch back to a supervisor stateside!! My wife and son are Philipina and Japanese so please don't call me racist. It is what it is...
