Does anyone here actually work for or represent AT&T? I have spent a nightmare since June 27th involving many hour long or more phone calls on many days to many numbers and many "customer service" reps and tech support people and am so frustrated and disgusted I could scream. No one was able or willing to give me a name or address of an upper level AT&T sales supervisor or manager or any address to send an actual letter to an actual person, I feel like many companies now hide behind automated "help lines", voice mail and websites to avoid actually speaking to their customers. I just want to scream and am feeling I made a very bad choice in choosing to move my AT&T phone and internet services (which I was previously very happy with at my previous location) to my new address. Someone should be aware of the runaround, misinformation, mistakes and screw ups involved.
