I am suppose to have my DSL hooked up today (3/30/10), though i was originally scheduled on 3/19/10) so needless to say we have been unavailable to do any work or homework at our new home for almost 2 weeks now. While AT&T has admitted they screwed up, they have yet to try & make amends for anything, to the extreme point of a manager (*personal information removed for safety*) trying to belittle me on Saturday morning (3/27/10) after the DSL department failed to phone me on 3 occassions the week prior. I have been an AT&T customer for less than a month & while it was a bundled package with DIrecTV, if I had it to do all over again, I would adhere to much advice & would not have gone with AT&T. They should be ashamed to call themselves a 'Technology & Customer Service' organization!
