For the past six months I have been constantly checking online and by phone to check on DSL service in my area. Apparently there is service in my area but all of the slots are full. Well tonight I tried again and TWO representatives both told me service was now available only for it not to be. One of them disconnected from me while the other "double checked" (after checking my adress and me informing her that the previous rep had disconnected). Attached is the conversations, there has to be something that can be done about this.

We have been living here for over 7 years and have been trying to get DSL the entire time. We live on large properties but all the people around me would get the internet, I know this. THere is dsl a mile or 2 in both directions on my street and they tell me flat out they don't know if they will ever offer it. I am to the point of canceling cell service and NEVER using at&t for anything ever again. If I can find a supervisor or someone to talk to and plead with that would be awesome. I love my home but I am almost to the point of trying to move. We pay 90 something a month every month for internet where we can't watch more than 5 -10 tiny videos on you tube the entire month
