I posted a message earlier because after calling customer service and being place on hold for over an hour and 30 minutes, I decided that I needed to speak with someone. I called back and spoke with a woman, explained to her kindly how angry I was for being placed on hold for over an hour and 30 minutes. She said she would get someone on the line for me, a real person and the eedee it placed me on hold for over 29 minutes until someone else answered. When I asked who she was and he couldn't tell me because I didn't give her my account.
Of course at this time I was using explecitives that I didn't use the first time, but here's my advice. If you call get names of reps you speak better make sure they make an entry into your account or somehow make sure its documented. Otherwise, you will get mistreated and will have no recourse.
Ultimately my initial call was for HBO service I didn't request, but rather offered to me after having a 3rd dvr go bad. The tech gave me 3 mos of hbo when I called in December to make sure I didn't start getting billed for it, what happened? The eedee it didn't cancel hbo so I have been billed for it for the past 2 months.
2 hours on hold, who does that!
