ATT obviously has problems with their internet on their end, they keep telling us it's on our end but it is not. Thousands of other people are complaining all over the internet that they have intermittent DSL connection with ATT. I personally have had 4 technicians come out to our house in the last 3 months. I have spoke to over 5 RUDE customer service representatives in the last 4 months. The most recent technician came to our house and fixed it... it worked for a day.. now the same thing is happening, getting disconnected every 10-15 minutes. Some people's liveleyhood depends on their internet because they need it to work online, other people take online classes and can't even submit their homework because ATT DSL is so unreliable.
We need to do something about this, if you are having problems with ATT internet like me and a lot of people are take some time out of your days and go to these 2 links and file a complaint against ATT. We should all AT LEAST be getting refunded the money we pay for this horrible service. In my opinion this company should be shut down but that's most likely not going to happen.

BBB:
Their customer service obviously doesn't care about us like they have continued to show.
