Today, after three weeks of trying to transfer my at&t Uverse service over and four hours of being on the phone with at&t operators, we had an amazing technician come and fix everything. How do I give this gentleman a compliment so it is seen by his supervisors? He should be trainning people on how to do their job and on customer service. He restored my love of AT&T!
