Hi
I have a DSL dry loop account which I guess is branded as "DSL direct" and when it was initially setup, my brother set it up for me because I was on vacation and he registered me through site and he answered the security qestions with answers he has now forgotten and so everytime I call in and am asked these questions to verify account, of course I have no clue.
I've been told that these questions can be changed on the my account page but I've searched through it and can't seem to find that section.
Does anyone if it can be changed?
Thanks in advance
Harold

If you have access to your att.com online account manager you can simply do a mouse over profile and in the drop down list click on change password. You will then have the options to update security questions and password. You don't need to do both if you don't want and still save changes.
