Help me please, I have spent over two hours on hold to reach someone to disconnect my internet service. This is just wrong, and not good service or communication. Please contact me at{personal content removed for safety}I would really appreciate the help.

I am having the same issue. I have been hung up on three times and have been on hold for 15 minutes this time...so far no hang up....This is ridiculous. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced from a telecom company.
Considering I am the decision maker with regards to cell phones I will take this experience into consideration when I choose who our next contract goes to...Sprint is looking good right now....

I'm going throught the same exact thing right now this moment this is the worst company, trying to go over my bill no one seems to know the answer, or what you ask for it's not showing customer service have no ideal what's oging on.
Everyone say something different no to mention the hold time I can't deal with this no longer!
