AT&T sold routers that are incompatible with IPv6 and is not providing firmware updates to correct the problem. This is really bad for customers.
I saw that the router they sold me a year ago cannot be updated, but they invite me to buy another one from them. Why aren't they at least developing firmware so that customers don't have to spend extra money buying a new router from them?
