LIARS, CHEATERS, HATEFUL GROUP OF WORTHLESS SCREW-UPS

Hello: I placed an order for HSI online through att.com on 12/5.
This was for DSL service since U-Verse is not available in my area.
I was given an account # for that order.
It was supposed to be turned on by 12/9.
I was mailed a self-installation kit, and a modem gateway device.
Not turned on by 12/9.
I spent hours on the phone each day for several days being transferred from person-to-person. From one department to another. Every conversation, and excuse as to what was going on was different than the last. Obviously, it is clear now that they were lies.
I was charged a $100 deposit & a $1.01 Auto-Pay verification.
They issued me a new account # on 12/13.
It was supposed to be turned on by 12/15. It was not.
I was mailed a self-installation kit, modem, and charged again. Still not refunded from the first charge.
I spent hours on the phone each day for several days being transferred from person-to-person. From one department to another. Every conversation, and excuse as to what was going on was different than the last. Obviously, it is clear now that they were lies.
They issued me a new account # on 12/15.
They did everything they did before. Although this time they told me that I would not be charged any fees, I would get the equipment for free, and a professional tech install at no charge on 12/19.
Unfortunately, I was charged another $100 deposit and $1.01 Auto-Pay verification. This makes the third of each. Now I have overdraft charges.
NO TECH EVER SHOWED UP. I WAITED AT MY DOOR FROM8AM –8PM.
Today, the morning of 12/20 I still have no HSI service. But I did just spend another 2 hours on the phone only to get no where except the same “your service will be on today by 8PM” lie that I’ve gotten EVERY SINGLE DAY for over two weeks now.
This morning I was issued a new account # . Apparently, “it will be on today by8PM”.
Think it will be on today?
Think they will charge me another deposit and Auto-Pay fee?
Think I will get anything to make up for all of this trouble?
Think I should just start throwing bricks through the windows of AT&T sites instead?
