I am from the Hueysville Ky area and my internet is basically unusable. I've contacted the presidents office after going through tech support for a year to no avail. I've had countless techs out to look at my lines and they've done all their tests and their response has been that my service area is over-subscribed and when I asked what at&t would do about it they said that it would "self-regulate" itself which means subscribers would eventually either drop their service or quit using it. I wrote the Presidents office a hand written letter and Latonja {Personal content removed}(sp) contacted me by phone and still nothing has been done. Does anyone in at&t care of they provide a decent service? Seriously this internet is worse than before because usually it's been only during peak hours that it's unusable and now its unusable all the time. My case was supposedly forwarded by Latonja to a Network manager but nothing is being done and I'm at wits end with this. The FCC don't care At&t don't care so I'd imagine the Attorney General won't either but that's my last hope in this matter it seems. Can anyone get this taken care of or not?

Join the club, I am in So Calif. The answer to your questions is NO. No they don't care, no they can't provide internet service, no they have no customer service (other than some guy in India) and no, just pay your bill.
