Just wish to inform you that down in Miami and moving on up into Orlando and then to Atlanta, I have been running a program called PingPlotter and it's been showing some packet loss showing up starting in Miami and migrates into Orlando and then into Atlanta.
These have been appearing as 10% packet losses........but, they have been pretty frustrating to deal with and are a sign that something is probably getting ready to go wrong at those 3 hubs.
This has been happening the past two days and I've mentioned what I could to the company that runs the game I play as to what they can do as far as what happens on the hops near their servers; but, watching the beginning of the hops is when I noticed where I seen the packet loss (and ping issue as a result).
A few times I did see 2-3 spots (presumably within the same hub area) at once having the packet loss.
Please, please, don't say it's on my end when I already got a brand spanking new modem a few months back. Please take a look at this at your 3 hubs in Miami, Orlando and Atlanta.
